ABOUT OUR CLASSES
All classes are at our Brighton location except for Tuesdays, which are located at our new Sellicks location.
Classes
ADULT
Our adult group classes are 1 hour and are designed to introduce fundamental drills, basic offensive and defensive footwork, proper form of punches, kicks and knees, as well as loads of cardio and conditioning. You’ll learn great techniques as well as blasting out rounds on the pads and kick shields.
What you can expect:
Skipping, stretching, shadowboxing, pad work, partner drills, clinching and sparring.
The ultimate full body workout!

Ladies only
The aim of our ladies only class is to give women a safe, supportive space to develop their skills. The classes are structured similarly to the Adult class listed above.

JUNIOR
A comprehensive program suitable for children from ages 4 and over. Various drills, games, and leadership activities are undertaken. Your child will learn to work in a team environment all while improving their:
Self defence – confidence – hand-eye coordination – balance – strength/fitness – listening skills – problem solving

Tiny Tots
Our Tiny Tots class is suitable for children from ages 3 to 4. This is an introductory program with a focus on working in a small group to build balance, confidence, strength, and fitness.

SELF DEFENCE SHORT COURSE
Looking to upgrade your personal defense skills? Our tailored programs are structured to suit your needs. Travelling overseas, starting a new job at odd hours, or starting to catch public transport are all common reasons people undertake one of our courses.

YOGA
Our Yoga classes concentrate on strengthening and toning deep muscles to improve posture, alignment and flexibility. Beginners are always welcome!

1:1 Muay thai training
Train with an experienced coach who can structure sessions based on your individual skill level. Available for beginners through to experience fighters.

Personal training
Tailored exercise programs with a scientific approach. Proven results working closely with an experienced trainer. You can always double up with a friend and share the cost – help keep one another motivated!

Strength & conditioning
Enhance your athletic ability, train for maximum power and speed, and reduce your chances of injury. This class is suitable for teams or individual athletes. Give yourself the edge!
